When you buy a spa or swim spa from Spa World, you will be introduced to your own Spa World Concierge.
They will be your single point of contact and personal guide during this process - from the time you purchase your spa until after it’s delivered.
What does a Spa World Concierge do?
Your Spa World Concierge will be the one person you can rely on to provide the prompt responses and the experienced advice you need.
They will contact you around two to three days after you purchase your spa to introduce themselves and explain the next steps.
