How to register a Jacuzzi® spa for warranty

Registering your spa is easy. To do this, you need to have your spa serial number ready.

The spa serial number is typically found on a label on your warranty package envelope. If in any case, you lost the warranty envelope, you can find the serial number inside the spa cabinet in the equipment area (remove the equipment door).

Follow these steps to register your spa.

Step 1: Go to www.Jacuzzi.com

Using your home computer or another device, connect to the internet then, go to www.Jacuzzi.com. Scroll down to the very bottom of the home page and under Owners click Product Registration.

Step 2: Enter the serial number

The next step allows you to enter your spa’s serial number.

The serial number consists of three sequences. For example, XB378BVD-123456789-0000.

Please keep in mind that you only need to enter the middle sequence (highlighted in the example above). The system will reject the registration if the entire alphanumeric sequence is entered.

Step 3: Enter the spa owner’s information

Once the system matches your spa’s serial number to our records, the next step is to enter your name, and contact information, including the address where the spa has been installed.

Step 4: Registration Complete!

After supplying all the necessary information, a pop-up window will appear confirming spa warranty registration has been completed. A confirmation email will also be sent to you.

Important Reminders:

  • Please register your new spa within 7 days of delivery.
  • Your spa must be registered before any authorized service work can be performed.
  • To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify your Jacuzzi® Spa dealer as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage.

10-Year Shell Structure Warranty

The Jacuzzi® J-400™ and J-300™ Collections are warranted against water loss due to defects in the spa shell for ten years from the original date of purchase.

7-Year Shell Surface Warranty

The Jacuzzi® J-400™ and J-300™ Collections are warranted against blisters, cracks, or delamination of the interior surface of the spa shell for seven years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Equipment and Controls Warranty

The Jacuzzi® J-400™ and J-300™ Collections equipment components – specifically the pumps, heater, and control system – are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Plumbing Components Warranty

The Jacuzzi® J-400™ and J-300™ Collections plumbing components are warranted against leaks due to defects in workmanship or materials for two years from the original date of purchase.

5-Year Cabinet Warranty

Jacuzzi spas’ ProEndure™ synthetic cabinets are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for one year from the original date of purchase. Normal wear and weathering of the finish will occur naturally over time and are not defects.

What are the limitations of the Jacuzzi® Warranty?

The warranty of your Jacuzzi® spa has limitations. To make sure that you get the full coverage outlined above, please keep the following reminders in mind.

  • The Manufacturer or its designated representative determines that the spa has been subjected to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, extraordinary wear, failure to follow directions, improper maintenance, or freight damage caused by the common carrier; any repairs that have been attempted by anyone other than a designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accident, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the Manufacturer.
  • Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner’s manual provided with the spa, including but not limited to the failure to maintain proper water chemistry and chemical balance and the use of abrasive or improper cleaners or non-genuine parts and accessories.
  • This Limited Warranty does not provide coverage for the insulating cover, any item attached to or installed on the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement.
  • Spa units used in commercial applications are excluded from any coverage whatsoever.
  • The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than the Manufacturer or a designated Jacuzzi Hot Tub representative.
