The steps to renewing the SmartTub™ subscription is pretty simple. To help you do this, here’s the step-by-step guide you can follow.
From the home page of the SmartTub™ app, tap the “Shop” icon. You’ll see this on the lower left corner of the screen.
The next screen will bring you to the shop options. Here, you can either browse through the products and look for SmartTub™ or use the search bar to find it quickly.
Once you found the SmartTub™ renewal, simply click the “Purchase” button to proceed. This screen also shows when your subscription expires.
The next step is to select a subscription. Select "1 Year Subscription"
After choosing a subscription, tap the “Add to cart” button, then tap “Checkout”.
The next screen will ask you to select a payment method. You can choose from Amazon™ Pay, PayPal® or your any major credit cards.
After your payment has been verified, a confirmation screen will be displayed, along with an email notifying you that your subscription has been successfully renewed. That’s it! You’re all done.
